Com o apoio e a intervenção do Sindicato dos Jogadores, o português Nélson Monte, do Dnipro, deixou a Ucrânia e regressou ao país natal, onde reencontrou a família.

With the support and the intervention of the Portuguese Union, the player Nélson Monte (Dnipro) left Ukraine and returns to his country, where he was reunited with his family.

We thanks to FIFPro, FPF, the embassies involved and, in particular, our counterparts from the Romanian Players’ Union (AFAN) for their involvement and generosity in this operation which finished in a happy outcome.

No dia em que o Sindicato dos Jogadores celebrou o 50.º aniversário, foi inaugurado o Campus do Jogador, em Odivelas. Este espaço multidisciplinar conta com três campos, balneários e dois auditórios, estando preparado para acolher os jogadores e ajudá-los nas mais variadas vertentes.

On the day that Portuguese Players’ Union celebrated its 50th anniversary, Player Campus was inaugurated in Odivelas. This multidisciplinary space has three fields, changing rooms and two auditoriums, being prepared to welcome the players and support them in the most varied aspects.

Mesmo com as obrigações profissionais, há tempo para pensar nos jovens e em ajudar a desenvolver iniciativas sociais.  É nesse contexto que damos a conhecer o projeto do nosso associado Afonso Taira, jogador do Casa Pia. As inscrições para a primeira jornada de captação de talento em Lisboa, para jovens entre os 16 e os 23 anos, estão abertas aqui.

Even with professional obligations, there is time to think of young people and to help develop social initiatives. It’s in this context that we present the project of our associate Afonso Taira, Casa Pia’s player.
