No habitual espaço de opinião semanal, o presidente do Sindicato dos Jogadores, Joaquim Evangelista, comenta os custos excessivos do acesso à justiça desportiva no TAD, por parte dos jogadores de futebol e restantes atletas.

In his regular opinion article, Portuguese Players Union President, Joaquim Evangelista, comments the excessive costs to football players, and athletes in general, in order to access the national court of arbitration for sports (TAD).

O médio do Vilafranquense, André Ceitil, sofreu uma lesão grave no joelho em novembro de 2020, que colocou em risco a sua carreira. Em janeiro deste ano, Ceitil regressou à competição depois de ter estado 14 meses afastado dos relvados. Numa entrevista ao Sindicato dos Jogadores, o médio do Vilafranquense garante que está pronto para continuar a lutar pelo sonho de chegar à Primeira Liga, depois de longos meses repletos de desafios físicos e psicológicos. 

Vilafranquense midfielder André Ceitil suffered a serious knee injury in november 2020, which put his career at risk. In january 2022, Ceitil returned to the competition after 14 months in recovery. In an interview to the Portuguese Union, Vilafranquense midfielder guarantees that he´s ready to continue fighting for his dream: reach the first league, after several months of physical and psychological challenges.

Nos últimos dois anos, houve um aumento no número de praticantes federados de futebol, futsal e futebol de praia, masculino e feminino, em Portugal. Em 2021/22 houve 197.060 jogadores federados, o que representa um número recorde, superior ao verificado na temporada 2019/20, na qual se registaram 196.521 praticantes.

In the last two years, the number of male and female players registations, in football, futsal and beach soccer increased. In the season 2021/22 there were 197.060 federated players, which represents a record number, higher than in the season 2019/20, in which 196.521 players were registered.

Tiago Almeida (Tondela), João Batxi (Chaves) e Marco Matias (Nacional) receberam os prémios de Melhor Jovem da Primeira e Segunda Liga e Melhor Jogador da Segunda Liga, respetivamente, relativos ao mês de abril. Os troféus foram entregues pelo Sindicato dos Jogadores na última semana.

Tiago Almeida (CD Tondela), João Batxi (GD Chaves) and Marco Matias (CD Nacional) received the awards of Best Young Player of the First and Second League, and Best Player of the Second League, respectively, for the month of april. The trophies were delivered by Portuguese Union the last week.
